SPORTS THERAPY

Sport therapy is a modality I came across almost by accident, and immediately knew it was something I wanted to offer my community.  Within this area we are able to conduct postural assessment, form a treatment plan and treat using the various techniques that come under the sport therapy umbrella.  Namely; myofascial release, soft tissue mobilisation, deep transverse friction, effleurage, petrissage, stripping, trigger point therapy and more.
